On the eve of a new decade there is an increased awareness of the climate emergency, the emergence of new energy reduction technologies and the importance of an energy management. 2020 is promising to be an exciting year.
The Energy Managers Association is seeking views of the membership and wider energy management community on what trends, in their opinion, will transform energy management and are the ones to watch out for next year.
We would like to invite you to participate in our short anonymous survey and share your views on your top 3 energy management trends for 2020. The suggestions can be sector or industry focussed, or even with relevance to a specific role or business. In past years the topics such as Electric vehicles, the Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), Battery storage, Brexit uncertainty and Gas and oil production represented some of the most frequently mentioned topics.
