Lord Redesdale took his seat in the House of Lords in 1991 where he worked in a variety of roles (including Energy Spokesman for the Lib Dems) until he left to form ADBA in 2009.
He stepped down as Chairman of ADBA to give CMA and EMA his full-attention in 2012.
As CEO of the Carbon Management Association (CMA) and of Energy Managers’ Association (EMA), he advises members of the Associations on government policy.
