LEARN AND EARN CPD – ISO 50001 AND ITS ROLE IN THE NET ZERO FUTURE WORKSHOP (20 November 2024, 11:00-12:00)
ISO 50001 provides a framework for organisations to define and implement a structured energy management system to drive continual improvement in energy management. However, the focus of ISO 50001 is on energy efficiency, not on the reduction of non-energy related greenhouse gas emissions that are required to achieve a net zero future.
The workshop will examine the synergies between energy management systems and net zero goals and outline the contribution of ISO 50001 to a net zero strategy.
The workshop will be delivered by Eur Ing John Mulholland, a chartered chemical engineer and accredited energy consultant with over 40 years of experience in energy management and behaviour change. John is a qualified ESOS Lead Assessor and experienced in energy auditing and ISO 50001.
The workshop will offer an opportunity to ask questions and we hope that you can join us on the 20th of November.
