Join the EMA workshop on Behavioural Change Opportunities in ESOS Assessments on 10 May 2023.
ESOS compliance prompts organisations to carry out energy assessments, look at significant areas of energy use and identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption. While there are vast opportunities to reduce energy consumption through energy efficient technologies and energy systems optimisation and controls, behaviour change as the potential to reduce energy consumption tends to be rarely identified and adopted as a viable opportunity. This workshop will examine a range of typically identified behavioural improvement opportunities, their potential with respect to energy consumption and GHG emission reduction, pros and cons associated with their implementation and their suitability across different industries / organisations’ sizes / number of employees etc.
The session will be delivered by Eur Ing John Mulholland who is a chartered energy consultant with over 40 years’ experience in energy management and behaviour change. John is qualified ESOS Lead Assessor and is experienced in energy auditing and ISO 50001.
