How your team's size compares to what it should be?
We are keen to sound out the industry on the current size of their organisational teams that are tasked with reaching energy management/efficiency and decarbonisation goals. The aim is to find out whether the current teams’ size is sufficient or what the ideal teams’ size would be in order to meet the organisational goals successfully. The submission deadline is on 25 April. The responses may be used in a feature we are preparing for The EMA Magazine on this topic.
