Knowledge & Skills' Gap Analysis Interview

The aim of the Gap Analysis Interview is to match and compare candidates' knowledge and skills that they currently have against those that are needed for their role of well-rounded energy managers and their long term professional development. Candidates who demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and experience of energy management will be awarded an EMA Recognised Energy Manager professional status. As a result of the Interview, candidates will also receive a verbal and written feedback, advice and guidance on what courses to focus in order to advance their energy management knowledge.
