MASTERING ESOS ACTION PLANS: BEST PRACTICES FOR EXECUTION AND READINESS – 5 February 2025, 14:00-15:00, EMA Live Virtual Event
One of the main changes in the ESOS cycle is the requirement to submit an action plan and annual update. For some, the preparation of action plans is a straightforward exercise, using information from their ESOS audit reports and evidence packs. For others, defining an action plan can be a challenge, requiring wider internal stakeholder engagement to select the projects for inclusion, determine the timeframe for implementation, and allocate the available budget, among other factors.
In the upcoming workshop delivered as a panel discussion, our panellists will share their insights into preparing action plans, discussing common challenges and offering useful tips. The panel will also explore what preparation for annual progress reviews might look like and how participating organisations can start preparing for Phase 4 compliance.
The workshop will offer an opportunity to ask questions.
