LEARN AND EARN CPD - DIGITAL TWINNING FOR THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT WORKSHOP (12 June 2024, 14:00-15:00)

Digital twinning technology has become the new buzzword across the industry. From digital twinning of specific systems, building level digital twins and the new development of national level digital twins, everyone seems to be talking about it. However, the words digital twin can mean many things to many people, so the digital twin technology you buy might not be what you expect. The upcoming EMA workshop will provide an overview of some of the definitions of a digital twin and how these relate to the built environment. The workshop will walk you through the steps to consider when developing the digital twinning concept in your organisation and discuss the use cases and data flows required.

The session will be delivered by Gillian Brown, the Senior Manager for Sustainable Design at Lloyds Banking Group who has spent the last 5 years researching and developing various types of digital twins.

We hope that you can join us on the 12th of June.
